Participation in this program is limited to Avis Corporate Account members. Renter must meet Avis age, driver and credit requirements. Minimum age may vary by location.
An additional daily surcharge may apply to renters under 25 years old. An advance reservation with your corporate AWD number and coupon number is required. Certificates issued under this program cannot be used in conjunction
with any other coupons, promotions, discounts, offers or AWD numbers. A rental day is each period for which a one-day rental time and mileage charge is paid. One Reward Day Certificate entitles the bearer to one day’s daily time and
mileage charges on any car up to a premium (group G) at participating Avis locations in the United States (excluding Hawaii). In the U.S. Virgin Islands, the offer is valid on car groups B, C, D and E. In Canada, Puerto Rico, Australia
and New Zealand, the offer is valid up to a full-size (group E). At participating locations in Europe (excluding Germany) and South Africa, valid on car groups A, B and C. A redemption fee may apply. Offer subject to vehicle availability at
time of rental. Car groups vary depending on country where rental takes place. Ask Avis for details. Taxes, concession recovery fees, vehicle license recovery fees, customer facility charges ($10/contract in CA) may apply and are extra.
Optional products such as LDW ($29.99 per day or less in the U.S., except in Louisiana $49.99/day) PAI, PEP, PEB (Aus.), ALI and refueling charges are extra. Stamp duty, mileage/kilometer charges in excess of the mileage/kilometer allowance
and non-waivable damage excess, motor vehicle insurance (New Zealand) are extra. A rental day is each 24-hour period commencing at the time of rental. Corporate Award credits can be accrued for rentals in Germany. However, Reward
Day Certificates cannot be redeemed in Germany due to legal restrictions. Certificates cannot be used for one-way rentals. Additional hour charges for periods of less than one day cannot be combined to equal a day. Certificates have no
cash value, cannot be exchanged or returned and are non-refundable. They will not be replaced if expired, lost or stolen. Altered certificates are not valid and will not be honored. Avis reserves the right to alter or terminate the program
and the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of Certificates at any time without notice. Reward Day Certificates are not eligible to earn rental day credits in the program. Reward Day Certificates and monthly/Mini-Lease
rentals (Australia and New Zealand) are not eligible to earn rental day credits in the program. Mini-Lease rentals earn one Reward Day Certificate for every 30 rental days in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii) and Canada. Misuse of a company’s
AWD number, in the sole judgment of Avis, will disqualify that company from future participation in the program. Reward Day Certificates must be presented and surrendered at the time of rental. No more than seven Certificates may be
used per rental. Certificates cannot be applied to completed rentals. New York Metro area airports and locations will not accept Reward Day Certificates on weekends. Holiday and other blackout periods may apply. If a rental begins during
a blackout period, the whole rental is blacked out and does not qualify for the use of a Reward Day Certificate. Rental must begin on or before date on front of the Certificate. For information regarding this program or your corporate account,
