AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION: The state of Hawaii Department of Transportation will begin construction of a new consolidated rental car facility which will be located east of the Overseas Terminal parking garage in early September 2017. Construction may not be complete until 2019. The extensive project will cause traffic delays. Please allow ample time when renting and returning your rental vehicle.

Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Proceed outside to meet the courtesy bus to take you to the Overseas Parking Garage structure. Proceed inside to the Avis counter.
