Please contact the Avis location where you returned your vehicle. You can find the number on your Rental Agreement or you can find your location here.

You can download a tax invoice directly from our site within 72 hours after the rental has been returned. Download your tax invoice here. If you need further assistance in downloading or understanding your invoice please contact Customer Services on 0800 800 511 (toll-free within NZ) or +64 9 526 3258.

During the rental period you are responsible for the vehicle which means you are also responsible for any parking tickets, toll notices or traffic violations that may occur. An administration fee may be charged by Avis to process the transfer of infringement notices to the renter.
