Yes, you can add your Air New Zealand Airpoints or other points partners on step 3 of the reservation process. This will be done automatically for logged in Preferred® Service members who have this information in their profile. If the rental qualifies for a credit, the appropriate information will be forwarded to the respective travel partner for processing.

Yes you can. Simply go to the Request Miles / Points page or select that option from the Reservations tab at the top of this page. Complete the required information pertaining to your past rental and if the rental qualifies for a credit, the appropriate information will be forwarded to the respective travel partner for processing.
For those customers who have registered on Avis.co.nz and have a My Avis profile, just login and click the "Add Miles / Points" link next to the past rental of your choice and fill in your loyalty programme membership details.
